This time of year calls for close attention to the weather. Nestled in a valley, Lauterbrunnen has its own unique local climate.
A honeymooning couple from the USA reached out to me for a photo shoot in September. We chose a scenic spot in Lauterbrunnen, featuring the iconic church and the majestic Staubbach waterfall as our backdrop.
This is a popular spot, so expect a brief wait for others. Be aware of those who cut the line, walking ahead and then pausing a few steps down the path for a quick selfie.
Drones are prohibited in Lauterbrunnen due to the proximity of a helicopter base.
